Edged Pick provides sports statistics, model forecasts, historical analysis, and independent staff opinions for research, educational, and informational purposes only. References to picks, plays, value, or edges describe research outputs or opinions. They are not promises of a successful outcome or personalized betting, financial, or investment advice. Edged Pick does not accept, place, broker, or settle wagers, hold betting funds, or operate a sportsbook.
02Who may use the service
The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older, or the higher minimum age required for this type of service where they live. Use it only where lawful. Access does not establish that gambling is lawful in your location. You are responsible for your decisions and compliance with applicable law; do not use this service to bypass age, location, or other legal restrictions.
03Understanding forecasts and results
Model probabilities are estimates, not certainties. Past results, winning streaks, and backtests do not guarantee future performance. A high win rate does not necessarily mean a profitable strategy. Results depend on the displayed date range, market, source, and filters. Review the methodology alongside every performance summary. Sample preview data is illustrative and must not be treated as an actual track record.
The daily model board includes research forecasts, passes, and first-five-inning (F5) totals. A pass is not a recommended play. A game-level actionable label does not mean every market for that game was recommended. Reference totals may not have been available to wager on at the displayed line. Daily-board forecast accuracy is separate from the record of posted selections.
Displayed units and returns are research calculations based on recorded odds, stakes, and settlement assumptions, not independently verified customer earnings. Where prices or stakes cannot be verified, profitability is excluded. Actual availability, timing, fees, limits, and sportsbook settlement rules may differ. Pending, void, push, and disputed results are handled according to the displayed methodology; errors may be corrected with a recorded history.
04Data availability and accuracy
Recorded imports are snapshots, not an automatic live feed. Check the source date and last import time before relying on information. Games, lineups, odds, and results may change after a snapshot. Data and software can contain omissions or errors. We aim to correct material errors when identified but cannot guarantee complete, uninterrupted, or error-free information.
05Staff opinions and third parties
Staff selections, including parlays, reflect their authors’ opinions and may differ from model forecasts. A parlay is a combined selection with its own outcome; individual winning legs do not establish that the ticket won. Third-party data, names, logos, and links remain subject to their owners’ rights. A reference to a league, team, or sportsbook does not imply endorsement or affiliation. Any material sponsorship or affiliate relationship should be disclosed alongside the relevant content.
06Accounts and permitted use
Where access is granted, use your own authorized account and keep access credentials or subscription keys confidential. Do not share, sell, transfer, or bypass restricted access. Do not interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, impersonate someone, or attempt to access another person’s data. Staff access is limited to approved users and authorized functions.
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may view content for your personal, noncommercial research. Do not republish, resell, or redistribute substantial portions of restricted content without permission. These terms do not override lawful quotation, fair dealing, or other rights that cannot be excluded.
07Subscriptions and payments
Paid memberships are not currently offered in this preview. No recurring billing or refund policy is created by this draft. Before paid access launches, the checkout and final terms must identify the seller, price, currency, taxes, included features, billing period, renewal conditions, cancellation process, refund rules, and support contact. Customers must have an opportunity to review the agreement before purchasing and receive confirmation. Mandatory consumer rights will continue to apply.
08Privacy
A separate Privacy Policy must explain what personal information is collected, why it is used, which service providers receive it, retention practices, safeguards, and how to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. This terms draft is not a substitute for that policy and does not constitute consent to undisclosed collection or marketing.
09No guarantees and limits of responsibility
Sports outcomes are uncertain and gambling can cause financial loss. Do not treat the service as a source of guaranteed income or a reason to chase losses. Nothing on the service requires you to wager.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of accuracy, availability, suitability, or profitable outcomes. To that same extent, Edged Pick is not responsible for wagering losses or indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on research content. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability, statutory warranty, refund, or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10Service changes and suspension
Features, models, and presentation may evolve. Material changes affecting a paid service must be handled under the agreement accepted at purchase and applicable law. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address security threats, unlawful activity, or material misuse, with notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where practicable. Suspension does not automatically remove any statutory entitlement to a refund or remedy.
Updates to final terms will show their effective date, with appropriate advance notice for material changes and consent where required. Changes will not retroactively remove accrued consumer rights. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
11Operator, contact, and legal review
Edged Pick is the service name. The operator’s legal name, business address, customer support email, effective date, and appropriate governing-law and dispute provisions remain to be finalized.
